Midwest Expo carries a huge assortment of expo equipment to help make your event stand out.  Here are some of the essentials below.  We consider every event to be unique and for that reason we do not offer "cookie cutter" packages.  Our staff will work with you to create a custom package that fits your event perfectly.  We can be as hands on or as hands off as you prefer--just let us know!

Pipe & Drape

Pipe and drape is the staple of most trade shows, conventions, and expos and is often used to create vendor booths, separate meeting spaces, and create crowd flow.  We offer a wide range in options including heights from 3' to 18', 3 fabric choices, and over 45 colors to choose from. Pipe and drape is very versitile and can be set up in just about any configuration imaginable.

Tables and Seating

Of course your vendors may need tables and chairs in their trade show floor booths, but we also have table and seating options for keynotes, seminars, conferences, round-tables, or any other meeting you may host at your event.

Staging, Lighting, Audio, and Projection

Whether your event has a keynote, presentations, or more specific production needs such as a fashion show, we have you covered.  Our portable staging is incredibly versatile with the ability to form and size stage, in any configuration, at any height.  We can also create multi-height stages, seating risers, and camera decks.  We can create lighting, audio, and projection packages as simple or as creative as you would like!

Crowd Control

Making sure your attendees flow through your event without bottlenecks, backups, or unruly lines can be a challenge. We offer a wide variety of crowd control products to help direct foot traffic including stanchions, pipe and drape, and metal barricades.  Whether you need to block off parts of your venue, or create an organized line for your regestration counter, we have the correct product for you.
